Orders can take anywhere from 2-14 business days to receive them, may take longer during sales. We do recommend ordering days or weeks ahead and not to use payment plans if something is needed on a certain date. If items aren’t listed at the top of our ‘shop’ tab and labeled as ‘ready to ship’ or ‘on hand’, it is not available on hand. All orders are shipped through USPS, local pickup, and delivery is available for Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas via Uber Courier (pin confirmation is required and will be sent). Any rush orders will be subject to additional fees that will be sent via invoice to your email, no exceptions!!!

Virgin Hair is human hair that's in it's natural state. There hasn't been any chemical changes, color, or processing done to the hair. All hair sold by Lex Tresses is Cambodian virgin hair.

All of Lex Tresses hair can be straightened, curled, crimped, and more just like your own hair. It's always best to use a heat protectant for these styling methods so the hair won't get damaged.

You may experience minimal shedding but that's normally especially for curly textures of hair. You can prevent shedding by sealing the wefts of the hair, using a Denman brush, and using a wide tooth comb. We don't recommend detangling or combing/brushing through hair while it is DRY. 613 hair or colored hair may also shed more due to the processing methods used on it.

Our hair can last through multiple installs. However, the lifetime of our hair depends on how it is taken care of. With the proper care our hair normally lasts for years.

Virgin hair reacts differently to products and regimens. Stay away from moisture stripping ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, and silicon. Those ingredients usually dehydrate the hair. Heavy oils aren't necessary to use either, but you can use a lightweight serum, especially on 613 or colored hair. We recommend co-washing weekly and shampooing bi-weekly to get rid of any excess products. You can deep condition the hair too. We recommend Argan Oil based hair products. For detangling the hair, we recommend a wide tooth comb, or wire brushes are fine. You should wash your Virgin Hair prior to wearing it. Washing instructions: fill your sink or bucket that you’re using with water and shampoo, place the hair in with a dipping method while running your fingers through, empty water out, add clean water to rinse the hair, squeeze the excess water out, apply conditioner for 15 mins, rinse off with the same method as shampoo, and let it air dry. Lex Tresses lace wigs can be installed using many different methods. You can install them using lace adhesive, got2b glued gel or freeze spray, an elastic band, TruMatch Lace Conceal glueless system, other glueless methods and a wig grip. They can be worn without installing them also.

Yes, you can color and bleach this hair, if you're not sure how to do it consult a professional for tips or have them color it for you. We do also offer coloring services that can be purchased on our website.
